Restrict User Access/View of Guest VMs

Is it possible to restrict what guest VMs a user can see in VCenter?  I have users restrictions (roles) on what they can do but would like to hide VMs that they are not responsible for or have no reason to see the server.

A way to do this is to create "folders" to group the VMs and assign the appropriate permissions to these folders.
