Restarting vCenter Web Client services options are grayed out

Hi, I am trying to restart the vCenter Web Client service and noticed that the options are grayed out. vCenter6.5  is installed on Windows 2012R2.

I think this is not supported, instead use "service-control" utility to re-start the web-client.

check other service may be we can not anything inside web-client for web-client service , check in services.msc

Also check what permissions you have if your not using administrator@vsphere.local, you may need more to be able to restart those from the webclient.
