Resize vCenter Appliance 6

Hello,

during installation, I gave the vCenter Appliance the wrong size (should be small instead of mid). Any change to resize the appliance? I guess just adjusting memeory and CPUs wouldn't do..

Cheers

Please take a look at Dynamic memory resizing for vCenter Server 6.0 | virtuallyGhetto which explains this.

in vCenter version 6, this has been simplified.

Shutdown your appliance, increase amount of memory, and power it one again.

William Lam has explained it nicely on following blog post
