This Question am going to ask might be a little basic as am not an expert in VMware Vcenter/Vsphere Support Person. So the question is, what are the tasks that are frequently been faced or done by the support team. May be i can frame the other way round , if given an opportunity what part of your work you would like to automate ? This is to have an real time example in my workflow PPT. It would be really good if it is bit lengthy workflow. Please don't add about restart/shurtdown Vm's

It sort of difficult question to give an specific answer. But usually, when it comes to manage vCenter, data backup and recovery.
But it of course depends on your environment...I could give you specific advice if you elaborate what you or your organization need.
