Problems connecting Host to vCenter

Hi,

I'm having issues connecting a Host to my Cluster. Let me explain...

Some days ago, the same Host randomly disconnect itself from the vCenter and generated hardware alerts. After resolve those hardware problems, yesterday I restore the Host to Defaults via SSH.

Today, I connect directly to Host, and I see a "fresh" restore, without any configuration, nice...

Ok, so after that I connect to the server who manage vCenter and restart it.

When the server cames Up, I check ther services and everything its running, logon to vCenter and apparently everything its Ok.

Tried to connect the host and gives me this error: "Call "Datacenter.QueryConnectionInfo" for object "xxxxxx" on vCenter Server "xxxxx.xxxxx.xx" failed."

I search on the internet and I see some possibilities.

PossibilitiesResolutions
Wrong host name/IP addressThe host name/IP it's correct
Permissions problem on root userI check "authorization.xml" and "ACEDataPropagate" its True.
General network errors like latencyThe connection its OK.
Server with Lockdown mode ONThe Lockdown mode its OFF.

After trying that, I decide to restart management network on the Host, and suddenly I can connect it to vCenter, but after some minutes the connection with that Host goes down (Only on vCenter).

Anyone experienced this problem?

P.S.: Everything is running on  version 5.5

Best regards,

José Simões

Hi,

Thanks for reply.

In Advanced Settings at vCenter Server Settings, I have no "ManagedIP" defined.
