Printer not mapping

I need your input.  I am new to VMware and our printers are not mapping to the clients desktop.  We are using VMWARE -view composer 3.0.0 on the connection broker server.   If I need to upgrade the view agent  what upgrade should I obtain?

Hi,

Printer mapping is specific to OS and network. It has not relation ship with virtual infrastrcuture.

There are no setting on the VIEW client were you can configure printer. Please make sure you VM can reach printer.

Thanks P.  for your response.  I have another questions.

I created a new pool yesterday and were are able to see my printers in View desktop.  However, today I am not able to see my printers in the pool I created yesterday.  What might be the cause?  Network latency?
