Where can I find the downloads for the latest ESXi Host updates/patches? I have Googled, searched, etc and I get everything except where I download them from the order that I need to do it in.

You need to have a license for it and you need to have a MyVMware account that has the licenses tagged.
For command line based patching of ESXi 5 hosts, follow the steps in VMware KB: Installing patches on an ESXi 5.x host from the command line, which also includes the download URL. Unless you are using unsupported hardware, it's sufficient to install the latest patch to be up-to-date. The patches are cumulative as you can see at e.g.http://vibmatrix.v-front.de/
