Not able to connect the esx via vsphere client

Hi All,

  We have a esx 5.5 installed it is a standalone machine ,It is possible to connect through v sphere client and add vm's?

I am not able to able to connect through client .

You can connect to ESXi 5.5 host using vSphere Client.

Use ESXi hostname or IP address and username root and its password to connect.

What error you are getting while connecting to ESXi?

Try using ip,username should be root and password what you have specified during installtion ....

If you are still unable to login, attach the error
