Not Connect vCenter !!!

I'm trying to connect through the vSphere client connect to vCenter, but I get the following message: vSphere Client Could Not connect. (The client Could Not send the complete request to the server.

How can I fix? My environment is all in version 5.5.

Are you running the vSphere Client on a Windows 2003 or XP machine? In this case please check e.g. the vCenter Server 5.5 Update 2 Release Notes ("Attempts to log in using the vSphere Client to vCenter Server fail with an error stating that an unknown connection error occurred") to see whether mentioned Microsoft Hotfix (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948963) solves the issue.
