Non real-time performance stats missing since upgrading to 5.5 U3?

Had no problem prior to upgrading to U3? No drop in performance or real time stats, just historical stats are missing.

Using in house scripts using vSphere Perl SDK. Never had issues prior to U3 update. Now getting errors such as:

SOAP Fault:Fault string: A specified parameter was not correct.querySpec.sizeFault detail: InvalidArgumentFault

Any ideas where to start?

This issue occurs if the vCenter Server database stored procedures are not upgraded correctly and prevent temp table stored procedures from executing successfully
