New install of vCenter Appliance 6.5 CPU Stuck

I just installed a new vCenter 6.5 appliance on my ESXI 6.5 Host.  I was very sluggish

Migrated to another host added more CPU

But the logon is taking a very long time

This is from my conso0le.

Any ideas?

I found the VM was on a storage device that lost a drive from the raid .

After move the VM date to another datastore it is now working fine
