If you use Windows server 2012 its is native in OS, case your use another version of windows I Think its not possible because you need of third party software to manage your nic team... for example to HP Nics there is a HP Network Configuration Utility.

Teaming is usually done on the Hosts and the VM is able to talk to the host at whatever speed the host is capable of. IE. If the Host has 2 physical 1Gbe Nics teamed on the VM Network vSwitch and the Physical switch/s it is technically already teamed on the VM.
