Dear all
Hi
i want to configure vcenter HA but when i click on Setup vcenter HA depict this error :
The operation is not allowed in the current state.
Failed to get management network information. Verify if management interface (NIC0) is configured correctly and is reachable, and verify if correct DNS mapping is provided for forward and reverse hostname lookup.
in most of documents mentioned the reseon is for hostname thais with Uppercase whereas my hostname is lowercase
this is my output :
root@vcsa [ ~ ]# cat /etc/vmware/systemname_info.json
{"PNIDChangeAllowed": false, "PNID": "vcsa.opr.dsa", "status": "success"}
how can solve the problem ?

So there's your problem, just like mentioned in the KB (and as directed by a.p.). You need to create reverse DNS records (PTR) for the appropriate zone in your local DNS server. Please use Google.
The other common possible reason is the DNS resolution.
Please check the DNS settings on the appliance, and ensure that forward and reverse lookup works.

Thanks
but did you read my description ?
i said don't have problem with host name and my hostname is lowercase

Did you thoroughly read the KB André linked? If so, show us nslookup results for forward and reverse DNS records *from the vCSA* for your hostname and IP.
This is my output on vcsa
root@vcsa [ ~ ]# nslookup vcsa.opr.dsa
Server: 127.0.0.1
Address: 127.0.0.1#53
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: vcsa.opr.dsa
Address: 10.10.50.60
That's only the forward. Show the reverse as well.
how can get reverse?
nslookup 10.10.50.60
thsis is output:
root@vcsa [ ~ ]# nslookup 10.10.50.60
Server: 127.0.0.1
Address: 127.0.0.1#53
** server can't find 60.50.10.10.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN
how do i had to solve this ?

remove "nameserver 127.0.0.1" line at "/etc/resolv.conf: file
It Really work ,thanks.
I just focus at FQTN before. why it needs reverse lookup?
