Multiple Vmotion switchs??

Is this configuration possible ? I am trying to use the 10G ports available on the SAN Network. (those switches are not stacked)

Yes, and is a recommend configuration, since with multiple switches, if one of them fails your vMotion network will still works.

Yes, and also I encourage you to consider Multi-NIC vMotion as you have two uplinks per host. This configuration will greatly increase your vMotion bandwidth.
