Multi VCenter Lab

I plan to build a vmware lab by using nested ESXi and install it direct on one phicical Server (without using Vmware Workstation) for three groups of students

Each group consists of 3 ESXI and 1 VCenter (that mean 9 ESXI and 3 VCenter).

My Question Is there any issue if I install more than 1 vcenter and if there is issue how can I do this plan to use 1 vcenter for every group?

As per your plan , you are going to have 3 esxi servers with 1 vcenter , similarly you will have 3 set ups correct ?

What is exactly your question ?

VCSA is a just another VM. While it is a pig (vESXi won't be?) there's no problems running more than one VCSA VM in an environment -- I run many. If you don't take steps to link them, they won't even know the others exist.
