Moving Image based update to baseline

I want to move back to baseline updates for my Dell 740 servers.

I have 3 hosts in a VSAN cluster that will need to be moved to a new cluster on the same VCSA in order to go back to using baseline from what I have read. What is my best option for moving the hosts to the new cluster without corrupting the VSAN? Can I do the single host removal and add to the new cluster followed by the others after? Will the VSAN rebuild? This is new territory for me so any suggestions are welcomed.

UPDATE : I ended up sorting out the troublesome driver issues in the image and using that to finish the updates. Image updates seem to be working as it should now so no need to revert to baseline.
