Hi All,
I have to migrate both our PSC and VCSa (v6.0) to a new cluster to free up the exisiting hosts.
I've created a new cluster managed by this PSC and VCSA and I've migrated all the customer VM's over, its just these two left.
I'm unable to do a live migration as our exisitng cluster is AMD and the new cluster is Intel.
As the clusters share storaged I was planning to
- record the host and datastore / folder. where the the VCSA / PSC
- login directly to host and shutdown both appliances and remove from the inventory
- Login directly to a host in the new cluster
- browse to the appropriate datastore folder.
- re add both to the inventory and power up
That sound like a good approach or is there a better way ?
