We recently had an upgrade from vCenter 4.1 to 5.5.  Before, we used Windows credentials login.  Now, it's using SSO, but there's only the local administrator account.  We don't want 4 admins to log in using 1 administrator account.

According to the knowledgebase, I should be able to add more users by going to 'Administration > Access > SSO Users and Groups' in the web client.  But when I go to Administration, I do not see 'Access' or 'SSO Users and Groups' listed (see attached image).

Did something not get installed during the upgrade? Or am I missing something?

    Thanks

When you logon to the web client using the administrator@vsphere.local account, you will see the Single Sign-On entries in the Administration (i.e. your screen shot), which allows you to create users and also allows you to add Identity Sources (e.g. your domain).

Thank you. That did the trick!
