Missing permission System.Read

VCenter lots are full of these error, for pretty much every user 

Yet the System.Read permission is implicit according to https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.security.doc/GUID-18071E9A-EED1-496...

The users are part of a Custom Rule and are from ActiveDirectory Server.

Hello.  We are seeing the same errors in our vcenter environment for all users.   This was noticeable after we switched from IWA to LDAPS.  Any ideas?     Thank you
