Minimum require Permission to deploy OVA/OVF

Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem to delegate ovf deployment on a specific VMandTemplate Folder.

I Can't find any official technote about my issue, because I don't want to give administrator rights on all my cluster to some users.

If anyone already done something similar, that will helpful.

Info:

• Vcenter appliance 6.5
• dedicated folder "vm and template", dedicated folder "Datastore" with 1 datastore, dedicated folder "Network" with 1 vlan
• I applied "Read Only" rights on one Host ESXi to allow to see a Host.
