Migration VMware vCloud Suite Enterprise 5 and vCenter Server 5.5 to VMware vCloud Suite Enterprise 6 and Licencing Details

Hi All,

we have VMware vCloud Suite Enterprise Licences for sitewase (Multiple Sites) and one vCenter Server 5 Standard Licence.

recently we purchase VMware vCloud Suite Enterprise 6 for all sites. ( VMware vCloud Suite Enterprise 6 Doesn't include vCenter Server Enterprise Licence)

Now I would like to Migrate VCenter Server 5.5 (Virtual Machine) from Existing ESXi 5.1 Host to New ESXi 6 hosts, what will be update path

1) Best Practice for upgrade vCenter Server 5.5 Standard to VSphere ESXi 6 Host

2) can I use my Existing vCenter Server 5 Standard Licence to new ESXi 6 Server Or require any upgrade vCenter Server Licence.

Any Product Compatibility Matrix ( for Licensing ) is available Details if available.
