Migrating windows vcenter server v6 to vcenter server appliance v6

HI, i have a requirement to Migrate a windows vcenter server v6.0 to vcenter server appliance v6.0.

Note this is NOT an upgrade but migration on the same version. Is this possible and if so how? (what tool/product)?

No, it's not possible. Horizontal migrations are not supported...on any version.
