I need to download the VMware-Migration-Assistant Tool but i could not find out its download link.

Kindly share the URL ( I need to migrate Windows vCenter 6.0 to vCSA 6.7)

You can find this tool in the vCSA ISO that you have previously downloaded in <Drive Letter>:\migration-assistant\VMware-Migration-Assistant.exe.
