Marked Host as dirty

Skimming through the vCenter vpxd log i noticed instanced of the following...

2014-02-24T09:17:20.189-05:00 [01772 info 'vpxdvpxdMoHost'] [HostMo::SetComputeCompatibilityDirty] Marked host-242 as dirty.

Can someone possible shed some light as to what this means and any potential impact it may have on the dirty host.

This occurs if the vcenter didn't receive heartbeat from the host. May be you can check the "task & events" for host disconnection log during the same time.
