Make an Exact Replica of an ESXi Host

I want to deploy 12 new hosts and use one existing as a reference host since it has all the patches, drivers, and customizations. What is the best method to do this. -Thanks in Advance. Bob

there are mulitple ways to do that...

VMware offically supports two ways:

-Host profiles (only with enterprise plus license) vSphere Documentation Center

-vsphere auto deploy: VMware KB: Understanding vSphere Auto Deploy

I have auto deploy deployed in vCenter. I can deploy a VM if I want I don't see an option to deploy a host. Nor where to get a host image on it or how to make the copy of the reference  host.
