SMTP alerts are not being received by the SMTP server. I've followed the steps in KB1004070 and has not fixed the problem. We can Telnet from the vCSA into the SMTP relay server ok (via ssh/bash) but no traffic is being received while monitoring packet capture on the SMTP server.
