Lost some permissions after upgrading to 5.5

Hello,

I've recently upgraded the ESXi/vCenter from 5.0 to 5.5 and since then, under my domain account which is a member of the domain admins group, isn't able to do certain tasks that I was able to prior to upgrade.

When using a local admin account that's local to vcenter server, I'm able to do all the tasks.

For example, I tried to clear the alarms using my domain account and I got :

Permission to perform this operation was denied. You do not hold privilege "alarms > set alarm status" on folder "Datacenters"

When I tried to

Assign permissions > Add

permission to perform this operation was denied.  You do not hold privilege "system > Read" on folder "Datacenters"

When I went to the root folder and checked the permissions,

Domain admins still had the administrator role is set to Propagate and I also checked each host and it's the same.

Is there something that needs to be done manually after upgrading to 5.5?

The version I upgraded to

VMware ESXi, 5.5.0, 3248547

vCenter, 5.5.0, 3237766
