Lost Network Adapter on two VM's

VMware ESXI 6.5

I have two Windows 2016 Data Center Servers.

Both have two network adapters defined

When I look at the Network adapters on the servers it does not appear in device manager

On vCenter it shows connected.

What is the best method to get this back?

Thank you

Tom.

VMtools are installed

I removed them from the servers and then re added them back.

Went to the settings on the servers and them came back
