Do you want to enable Lockdown mode on ESXi so that users cant login to vSphere Client? Then check Enabling or disabling Lockdown mode on an ESXi host
Do you want to disable vSphere Client fully and only use vSphere Web Client ? If yes then I dont think there is option to do this and still there are some features can be working only vSphere Client check Which vSphere client should I use and when?
