Issue during plugin un-registration with TLS 1.0 disabled (vSphere 6.5)

We have a regsitration tool build on top of powerCLI and we are seeing a unique problem as below.

We use the TLS configurator utility that comes with vSPhere 6.5 to disable the TLS 1.0 protocol. Then we register our plugin and everything works fine with we fixing it at our end. We then unregister the plugin and the next time we try to login we see some errors. Attaching the same

The problem moves away when the web client services are restarted. Is this a problem or is it something that can be ignored.

Yes and most of the places the attached error is repeated.
