Is there any Hosting Service for training for making,configuring vSphere,vCenter, vCOP environment cheaply ( like AWS or Azure or other recomendation? ) ?

You have a lot of options:

1 - FREE - VMware Hands-on Labs -> labs.hol.vmware.com

2 - CHEAP - Build VMware lab using VMware Workstation -> just search on Google for vsphere lab workstation
