Is it supported to run vCenter HA in stretched cluster? If so how to setup locality for Witness node? Do we need to run Witness in 3rd cluster locality? Yes it is supported to run this, and I would recommend to run the witness in a third location, as otherwise your setup would be useless if the location fails with the 2 instances. I have not seen detailed documentation for it unfortunately.
