Is it possible to configure NIC and IP address of ESX5.1 from vCenter ?

I use ESX5.1 and vCenter.

Is it possible to configure NIC and IP address of ESX5.1 from vCenter ?

After installation of ESXi, you will have to first give it an IP and configure the NIC as it has to talk to vCenter and you also need it to be added to vCenter for management. After that if you need to assign any other IP's you can do it through vSphere client.

I already added several ESX5.1 to vCenter,

but I could not find where I can configure second , third NIC of ESX from vCenter.

In vCenter, You can click on host, Goto Configuration Tab, Go to Network adapters and you  will find the configured NIC cards.

If you want to use them, You need to create a new switch or add them to existing switch.
