Is datastore per folder permissions possible?

I am not seeing a way to put permissions on a folder in the datastore. For instance there is a folder '_ISOs that I can't delete anything from. Whereas in a folder called ISO I can delete files. So I don''t understand why the difference. Not understanding how folders are assigned permissions. I am thinking in Windows terms where I can easily set folder permissions. I know I can set Resource Pool permissions and VM permissions but in the datastore, is it possible?

I'm an idiot, too much on my mind. I am talking vSAN. I know everything in vSAN is an object.
