Integrate vCenter with EMC ProSphere

Hi there, I am trying to integrate EMC ProSphere with vCenter. I need to create a ProSphere user on the vCenter server. Is there a manual or guide on how to setup users. I went in through remote desktop to create a user and the ProSphere discovery job worked on just 1 vCenter server and failed on other servers.

Did you assigned correct permission for the ProSphere user in all vCenter servers ? You may need Read Only permission and Browse Datastore and StorageViews.

In order to connect to the vSphere Web Client I need to log in through a browser to the IP of the vCenter server? Connection through web browser is failing.
