Seeing conflicting information online for my upgrade path from vCenter 6.5 to 6.7. It is a physical windows based server and we are just trying to upgrade in-place, then move to an appliance later.
Completed firmware upgrade to SVTSP-2019_0903.01.iso & 790-000107-lsi-m.iso for both nodes.
Completed the OVC Upgrade to v4.0.1U1 for both nodes.
Upgraded the Arbiter to 4.0.1U1
From what I read, that is all the prereqs, but still failing running the VMware-VIM-all-6.7.0-17138064.iso installer:
