Include the target name to a alert subject

How can the target name (eg server FQDN) be contained in the subject of alert notification emails?

Now we can't acknowledge the target name by checking email subject. The subject contains only an alerm name and its status.

I couldn't find the howto in manuals and found some notes on the Japanese forum that it needs some customization (vCenter アラームアクション Eメールのサブジェクトの変更). Are there alternative and simple way to change the subject?
