I think I broke VCSA upgrade

So I need some help. I was doing a vCenter VCSA 6.7 to 7.0 upgrade and on step 2 option 3, " 3. Import copied data to target vCenter Server" there was an error and the upgrade would not finish. The new vCenter server booted up, but there were all kinds of errors while logged into vCenter. What I did was shutdown the new server and rebooted the old server that was still running 6.7 and everything was working fine. My next thought was to start the upgrade again, so I deleted the new VCSA that was created and was going to run the upgrade again. When I logged into the current 6.7 VCSA to create a backup, the server automatically went to this screen (see attached) and will not go any further. Does anyone know how I can stop this and get access back to the console? This happens as soon as I login.
