I can not add host in vcenter

I have Windows 7 with vm ware workstation  and add two esx machine and one server 2008 R2 machine.I install Vcenter  in the Server 2008 R2. after connect in the vcenter i want Add Host (esx).but I recessive this message;this error is  about certificate.I want disable certificate Or add certificate for solve this problem

Go ahead and press yes. Then the certificate will be added and it wont pop up again.

Its better you add it with the certificate. If you still want to go ahead and disable this option you can do it by going to vCenter server settings---->SSL settings and uncheck the sign that says vCenter verifies the certificate of the host.

How disable this features in the esx?

or how add certificate in resolve this problem?

You cannot do it in ESXi. You will have to change the setting in vCenter, as its vcenter which checks the validity of the certificate.
