How to upgrade vCenter Virtual Machine Hardware version

Hi All,

          How to upgrade vCenter Hardware version, we have single vCenter server

               Is there any way to upgrade hardware version...

You can do it using the console...

Do a  "vim-cmd vmsvc/getallvms" to get the vmid of the vCenter VM... Then do a "vim-cmd vmsvc/upgrade <vmid>"

Just make sure that the VMTools is updated before doing this..
