How to setup an Vcenter Rule to prevent VM Admins to change HDD Sizes

Hi , 

I dont find any Option in the Roles from Vcenter 7 that prevent normal VM Admins to change the HDD Size of the VM . 

Where i can configure this ?

Create a custom role that does not have this privilege:
