How to move VM from ESXi 5.1 Enterprise Plus to ESXi 6.0 Essentials managed by vCenter 6.0 Essentials Plus

Hi all,

Is it possible manage a esxi host with license "Enterprise Plus" for a vCenter Server with license Essentials Plus?

vCenter version is 6.0 and host is 5.1

If not, How I can move a VM from this host to another host?. Could I use a usb?
