How to launch vmrc by URL?

After installed the VMware in my computer,I've tried to launch vmrc.But I failed and there appeared a window said this should be launched by url.

So,how to do that?

I'm not a native English speaker and a starter in coding who has no knowledge about computer science.I hope to express myself and discribe my question clearly.THANK YOU ALL.

Now my problem has updated.I searched on Internet for my last question and found a link teaching how to launch vmrc by url.I used one of the two urls,and turned out it worked.But now ,like the picture,I am asked to fill the two textfields with username and  passwords.I have tried with "admistrator"and none because my computer is windows 10 updated a week ago.And failed..

What should I do to use it?
