How to identify the RDM path/location to attach RDM disks to a VM from replicated storage for use after DR

Does anywone know how to identify the RDM paths/locations to the attached RDM disks from a VM on the replicated storage (Dell EMC VNX 5200/5300/5400) for use after DR.
