Hi Friends,

How do i identify Site Recovery Manager has installed in the Windows 2008 R2 Server and find its version.

How to identify whether vCenter Server is a Virtual machine or Virtual Appliance

What is the difference between Linked mode / Enhanced Linked mode. How to identify vCenter is in Linked mode / Enhanced Linked mode

I'm not sure what are you looking for, however please find the simple answers to your questions

1. you can take RDP session to SRM server and check the windows version details

2. open the console of the vCenter VM and check whether it is an appliance or windows server.

3. till vCenter 5.5 the configuration is called linked mode. from vCenter 6.0 the configuration will be called as an enhanced linked mode 

     simply login to the vcenter WebClient and check if you can  see more than once vcenter inventory then the vCenter is configured with linked/Enhanced linked mode
