How do I move a single virtual disk form one data store to a different data store?

I have one host running vSphere 4 enterprise that is part a a vCenter 5.5 foundation cluster.  I need to move all the guests off this host to upgrade it. This host has a guest that is using the local hard drive as a data store.  This guest has six (6) hard drive of which only one uses the local hard drive as a data store.  How do I move that hard drive to a different data store?

When I try to use "Move" or "Migrate" with vCenter (either the client or the web interface) it appears as I can only move all the data stores a single entity, not each data store individually.  Can I move a single data store someway with the guest still powered on, or do I have to power it off and manually move the "vmdk" they reattach the hard drive?

Thanks

Bruce

After you click migrate, datastore, click on the advanced button.  It will give you the option to select per disk.  You can migrate it while it is powered on.
