How could I monitor CPU,memory,disk, network usage and send alert mail using dynamic threshold function of vcops 5.7 ?

I am new to vcops 5.7 and vcenter .

I  would like to monitor CPU,memory,disk, network usage  and send alert mail using dynamic threshold function of vcops 5.7 .

What should I do for that ?

(I added rule  in notice(or inform button ??) button next to logout link in vcops 5.7 , but where I could not find smtp server setting)

The SMTP server setting will be in the admin UI of vCOPS.

https://<vcops-ip/fqdn>/admin is the URL.

Yes once you add smtp and add alerting it should send alerts to mail.

I could find smtp setting.

In https://<vcops-ip/admin url , I found VCM registration button.

Is it possible to use VCM by vcops 5.6 advanced license ?
