How could I do storage vMotion ?

I use ESX5.1 and vCenter appliance by VMwarePlayer(nested VM) by laptop.

Is there any How to document for storage vMotion ?

Yes there is a document: VMware vSphere 5.1

You basicly just right click the vm, click migrate, choose change datastore, choose the target datastore, finish the wizard and wait till the Storage vMotion is done.

It is very much similar to doing vMotion, Instead of selection Change Host in the migrate wizard select Change Datastore.
