How could I configure iSCSI of ESX5.1 for vMotion ?

I am trying to configure iSCSI of ESX5.1 from windows vCenter to do vMotion.

But I could not enable software iSCSI port bind.

How could I do that ?

I could configure iSCSI following below video.

But , after rescan HBA following the video, no iSCISI disk appeared like below . Why is that ?

Did you create a LUN on the iSCSI target and present it to the ESXi host using the host's iSCSI iqn?
