On properties of HA cluster, can you see "datastore heartbeat"?

Do you have shared storage, i.e. datastores accessible by all your ESXi hosts? By default HA will automatically select two shared datastores, so there's nothing you need to configure manually.

Is it possible to use SCSI disk of ESX5.1, or NFS, CIFS file share ?

If it is impossible , is there any SAN storage vSphere appliances which is usable ?

Hi ,

It is not possible to use the SCSI disk on its own, but this can be accomplished by using the VMware Virtual Storage appliance (VSA).

VMware vSphere Storage Appliance (VSA) for Shared Storage - United States

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
